KEEPING OUR CUSTOMERS SAFE
Added on 04 March 2020
The team at City Mobility takes the health and mobility of its customers very seriously and is taking a number of steps to reduce the chance of its customers catching or spreading the coronavirus.
Most of our customers are elderly and/or have a disability which may include respiratory problems who are at particular risk if they contract coronavirus. As a responsible mobility retailer, we are taking all the precautions necessary to keep our customers as safe as possible in our showroom and when we visit them to service their equipment in their homes.
We would respectfully request that if you have been in contact with someone with coronavirus that you do not come in to our showroom or request a house call until the Government advised safe period has passed.
City Mobility already offers free home demos of power chairs and mobility scooters to customers so would encourage people to book appointments to have equipment demonstrated in their local environment if they are at all worried about coming into our Inverness showroom. Being able to get out and about is even more important for health in times of isolation.
To ensure staff don’t spread the virus from one house call to the next, customers that have or suspect they have the virus are encouraged to cancel appointments giving as much notice as possible and reschedule once they are well and the Government advised safe period has passed. Staff will be taking extra precautions in between calls such as wiping equipment down with antibacterial wipes.
We can be contacted on 01463 250850 or by e-mailing info@city-mobility.co.uk.
We thank you for your cooperation and for helping to keep our customers safe.
