Loyalty Discount Terms and Conditions
with effect from 1 January 2023
- Invoice must be paid at the time of call out visit and/or service, or in advance.
- Proof of purchase is required if requested.
- It is the customer's responsibility to remind the Engineer where a loyalty discount is applicable before payment is made.
- Discounts cannot be back dated or applied after payment is made.
- If a previous invoice remains unpaid you are not eligible for the discount and the future right to it may be withdrawn going forward.
- Offer only applies to products bought from City Mobility by the current owner and not to products bought from City Mobility and sold on.
- The offer is not transferable to another person, product or visit.
- City Mobility has the right to withdraw, refuse or change this offer at any time.
