If you lease mobility equipment through the Motability Scheme and it has broken down away from your home you should call Motability Assist on 0800 953 5000 to get you and your equipment home safely.  The breakdown recovery agent may be able to do an easy repair on the spot but most likely you will need to call City Mobility Workshop on 01463 250850 to arrange a repair once the equipment is at your home.

If you’ve been in an accident please call Direct Line Motability on 0800 294 0790 to report the accident.
