If you are visiting us, give yourself 1-2hrs to have an in-depth chat about your needs and which products might suit you best.  You'll want to try out a few products too.  We would encourage you to bring a friend or family member with you whose opinions you trust.  It is best to make an appointment to come in so we can dedicate the showroom time to you.  You can just turn up but you may have to wait if we are with customers who have appointments. On average we have 50-80 products available in our showroom.

The door of the showroom will probably be locked when you arrive, this is normal.  Sometimes we have to pop over to our Workshop to help customers or we may be out on a short test drive with a customer.  Most of our Assessing Team may be out visiting customers at home with only one member left in the showroom, they may be on an assessment phone call with a customer if we weren't expecting you.  Just ring the door bell to alert us you are there and we will get to you as soon as we can.

We are open: Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm (any exceptions will be advertised on our Facebook page).
